The pinnacle helmet in Smith's performance road collection is the all-new Trace, featuring Koroyd, which fully surrounds the helmet providing exceptional protection and works with the internal air channels and open intake and exhaust ports to produce maximum ventilation. The Trace's AirEvac system relieves hot air that builds up on your eyewear to prevent fogging, and eyewear storage is made easy by channels on the side of the helmet that hold your eyewear in place for those grueling climbs.

Koroyd's open cell construction allows cool air in, while expelling hot air from the rider's head, integrating with internal channels to create the full Aerocore construction to provide ventilated protection. The MIPS Protection System reduces rotational forces, and the integrated skeletal structure creates a roll cage for added strength and protection, complying with U.S. CPSC Safety Standard for Bicycle Helmets for Persons Age 5 and Older as well as CE EN 1078 and AS/NZS 2063.
