Cycling Helmet for POC Coron Air Carbon MIPS

The Coron Air Carbon Mips sets the benchmark for lightweight performance, protection, and all-day usability, designed in collaboration with POC Team athletes, including Robin Wallner of the IBIS Enduro racing team. Developed using POC's Whole Helmet Concept™ for superior levels of comfort, fit, and performance, the helmet features an advanced carbon fiber shell for unparalleled strength and low weight properties.

Underneath the shell is a multi-impact EPP liner, providing long-lasting crash protection and durability. The addition of the Mips Brain Protection System further enhances rotational impact protection. The helmet's ventilation channels have been specially shaped to maximize air flow at both low and high speeds, making it ideal for enduro racing.

Other features include removable cheek pads for added security, ear chambers designed to minimize the negative impact on hearing and balance associated with wearing full-face helmets, and a breakaway visor for improved head and neck protection in case of a fall.

MIPS EVOLVE: The rotational impact protection system features the well-known yellow low-friction layer, and the outer shell is constructed from carbon fiber to ensure exceptional strength and low weight. An EPP helmet liner gives multi-impact protection.

REMOVABLE CHEEK PADS: The cheek pads can be easily removed after a crash, making it easier for medical professionals to remove the helmet after injury.

INNOVATIVE VENTILATION: The ventilation is optimized to channel air through the helmet for comfort at both high and low speeds.

BREAKAWAY PEAK: A patented breakaway peak will snap off the helmet in a fall, enhancing neck protection. Specific ear chambers minimize the impact of wearing a full-face helmet on hearing and balance.
